Services

The services offered by EBCR encompass various crucial aspects:

Documentation on OP/IP Patients: This involves systematic registration of both new and existing patients, meticulous documentation of inpatient social details, and the recording of clinical notes within the hospital management system MedMantra.

Medical Record Section: The section ensures the secure preservation of case records of patients, organized in a retrievable manner. Long-term follow-up of treated cancer patients provides valuable insights into patterns of care and cancer outcomes. Patient health updates are regularly gathered through telephone/postal inquiries. Over 90% completion of five-year follow-ups has been achieved, enabling routine outcome studies on various cancers.

Digitization of Medical Records: Embracing technology, digitization offers an efficient method to store and access documentation. Custom software facilitates the scanning of patient case records, which are then linked to MedMantra for convenient accessibility. This initiative has successfully scanned approximately 1,50,000 patient case records and is an ongoing effort.
